Adam was fab, it was our first time selling a home and so didn’t really know the process. In addition to that our home was a complex one to sell. Adam Urwin was friendly, professional and informative from the start. As this was our first time selling a property we were not very clued up. It was also not a normal situation as well due to old fashioned legalities but Adam answered our questions, was patient with us and didn't make us feel silly when asking or needing things explained. When we first bought our property we used EDC and it was a good experience and that is why we went with them again this time, first tiem deal with Adam & Alisha and they were both great to deal with.

Terrible. Slow and made you feel like you should be grateful that you’re their client. Adam Urwin clearly lacked experience in what was a relatively straightforward matter, with his boss Sara Sinker displaying awful client management. What’s more, they decided to overcharge for hours spent on the project despite it being them that created the delays! Avoid like the plague.

Flat purchasing is not easy but Jasmine has been extremely patient and efficient in dealing with all required paperwork. I wish her best of luck and I will again get in touch with her for my next purchase.
