From start to finish the conveyance for my property was excellent. Through out the entire process not once did I have to call to chase anything up, fully informed constantly, such a breath of fresh air in what can be and normally is a very stressful time.

We recently moved homes and appointed Leathes Prior as the solicitors to oversee both sale and purchase. The service we received from Nadine Jasinski was exceptional, we were continually updated throughout the process. our initial sale fell through twice and Nadine was always there on hand to offer advise and assurance. Myself and wife are both indebted to Nadine and her team for her diligence, hard work and professionalism ensuring the process went as smooth as possible at all stages. I would highly recommend Leathes Prior for any sale or home purchase.

Matthew Swash was put forward to myself from a family friend after I was needing some advice and representation over a legal matter. I had an initial meeting with Matthew to discuss the situation I found myself in and he offered his skills and expertise in how to deal with this matter.
He kept me informed along the way through form of email and phone and also worked out of hours to ensure important information was dealt with. Thankfully the case didn't get to far and I would like to say because of Matthew's efforts.
I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a professional service.

Jake is the ultimate professional and made what was an extremely complicated transaction with multiple hurdles, much less stressful that it could have been! Zumi was also extremely communicative and ensured that I was also up to speed. A great team.

I don’t normally do reviews, but the service from Jake on my sale and purchase really warranted one. Communication throughout was excellent. Despite a multitude of issues throughout from various other parties Jake (and Zumi) kept me upto date throughout and prevented what could have been a very stressful time by going above and beyond.
I had used Jake at a previous company and there was no question who I would use again, or in the future.
The overall set up, drive to assist me and knowledge was brilliant from Jake at Leathes Prior. If his and Zumis service reflects the whole company, you can’t go wrong.
