Bought a home and wanted to use a local conveyancing service.
These guys are phenomenal in that respect! Did everything requested and it was no trouble asking them for help. They kept me updated on every step of the way and alerted me to any potential issues before they could have arisen.
I could write so much more good things but I think their combined experience speaks for themselves!

Delusional experience right from the beginning. Lack of communication and information, which I had to ask for continually. Terrible advice on the sale of our house for which we lost thousands of pounds. Mark Pentecost, I found rude and unhelpful, whilst in the 'waiting room' he didn't even say good morning. I wouldn't recommend them.
