My circumstances had changed and I needed to change my will . I had told my executors verbally my wishes but hadn’t done anything about it.
Realising that it wasn’t fair on them to follow my wishes when anything happens to me and the impact this would have on my benefactor if my will hadn’t been changed I made an appointment. There was a short timeframe for this to be changed ( I was going away with one of my executors) .
My appointment was made quickly , will discussed and changed efficiently by Tom. He was approachable, listened to my wishes and advised me accordingly.
All sorted within my time frame and now I’m not stressing about it and can enjoy my time away.

Tom was very professional during this whole process and sensitive to the situation we faced . He made what seemed like an overwhelming and impossible task seem simple and it was pretty much seamless throughout and he communicated brilliantly from beginning to end .we cannot thank Tom enough and will certainly use Shacklocks again in the future .
