High Pressure Purchase!

We were given 8 weeks to complete a purchase on a large commercial property and from the first moment we began negotiations Actons have been available, professional and efficient. We completed the sale in 6 weeks, and it was complicated in places, but Actons handled everything smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Within the purchase there were leases for sitting tenants and nothing phased Kerry, she dealt with everything knowledgably and quickly. I would recommend Actons, Kerry Elliott in particular and we wouldn't use anyone else.
