Identified key sticking points and successfully reworded
UK employment law leaves little wiggle room: the ‚employee must‘ vs ‚the company at its sole discretion may make reasonable effort‘. What often is mere box ticking elsewhwere, the Magara law team took on seriously to remove significant legal risks from previously poor language. Thank you for pushing this through!

Phenomenal and personal service
Ruth and Abi have been nothing but perfect. I was involved In a prolonged and arduous process with my employer that lasted over 3-4 months. Ruth was incredibly personable and supportive in the process while also presenting the facts.
Ultimately Ruth got the outcome I was looking for and I doubt without her support the same outcome would have been reached.
I'd recommend Ruth to anyone with an employment issue. Even if you are not sure if your legal grounds, it's worth the consultation to see where you stand.
