EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIP

We have been extremely fortunate to have Ella Swanwick dealing with us on some very unpleasant family matters concerning wills, executor activity etc.
Throughout the time we have been dealing with her she has been totally understanding, kind and, as importantly, has provided excellent advice when we were struggling - and also, when the situation required it, some humour.
We trust her totally and she has helped us navigate some tricky situations and take the strain from us.

Non authorised work and charges.

Terrible experience. They will load you with invoices most of it useless work and rip you off completely. Yet nothing will be resolved. Definitely better firms out there and will never use them again . A so called serious firm , against the freedom of feedback. You have no rights to point how many feedbacks and what firms I have reviewed . All in one , not transparent representatives (not all of them), un explained charges, and un authorised work. For your own peace of mind I have used over 10 different firms and not all with the outcome as I had with hedges. If there was a 0 star I would happily give it

I truly appreciate the support Carrie Rudge and Zoe Rose provided during a challenging time. From the very beginning, Carrie was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, taking the time to ensure I fully understood the legal process and how it would affect me.

So nice on entering the building to receive a warm welcome from the receptionist.
I was a little anxious about my appointment for various reason's, but Peter Tyrrell immediately put me at ease, he gave clear explanations of the different options I could take regarding my new will and the futher legal document I wished to enter into.
Peter ensured I was aware of financial implications regarding both documents, and recommeded seeking financial advice.
Being recently widowed, I felt Peter had given great thought to my present and future possible requirements and scenarios

I was amazed by the swift email summarising our discussion and outline of the next steps, with draft documents issued 10 days later!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Tyrrel and Hedges Law. They are efficient, friendly and very professional.

Tina and Tracy at Hedges Solicitors assisted with the recent purchase of a flat. Friendly, fully professional and they kept me informed along a lengthy process. Very thorough - Tina picked up an assessment that had not been covered previously by other buyers solicitors. My only negative would be the quote for services was less than I finally paid but the process took longer than originally expected which was out of their control. I would not hesitate to use Hedges solicitors again.

This is my third time using Hedges for conveyancing, I exchanged contracts today. Saima is my solicitor, she’s incredible, on the purchase where I’d have bought it if it was falling down, she did her job properly even though all I wanted was the keys! On a more relaxed purchase, she kept me informed, did a thorough job and it was an absolute pleasure. She understood what mattered to me and she managed to somehow do her job whilst I was snapping and stressing and fussing, I can tell she takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. When I bought this time around, I didn’t even bother with other quotes, I’ve found someone I really trust. Thank you Saima and team!
