When I received a notice of charge for assault by beating in the context of domestic abuse case, I contacted Tim for a criminal defence. He setup an initial video call as soon as I contacted and showed me the scope of his service and a price list for the 1st and 2nd steps before I signed the contract. That was helpful for me to proactively plan for these payments. It was clear what to do for the 1st hearing in the video call. In fact, we had only essential communication until the 1st hearing, which was efficient. For the prep work for 2nd hearing, Tim set some strategy soon after 1st hearing and clarified what actions he and I were supposed to take in the next few months. Initially, I felt that I needed more guidance for these tasks but I noticed later that was on his purpose. In short, I and other supporters should not take his advice when we made our documents in order to keep accountability and credibility.
