I have so much thanks to offer to the above solicitors and Joanne Soccard in particular. Joanne was brilliant,
It was a complex case so wasn’t sure which route to go down but Joanne would always seek professional help and sound advise. Correspondence was 10/10 despite me emailing pretty much weekly, Joanne always got back to me and made all the legal jargon easy to understand.

Using my former works union solicitors, I was allocated a solicitor from Thompsons. From the start Simon D offered great communication but also a listening ear to what the claim was about. He took a lot of details, often going over my words to ensure accurate notes. He advised of the procedure. He was excellent throughout. There were a few times when I had to chase and nudge a little, but this is common in long drawn-out matters. He supported me throughout the 6+ year claim and i am grateful for his help and support. He secured me a relatively good payout and ensured that i received all paperwork that would help my tricky situation.
