Sale of my House in Newtown

Joanna and Elaine were so helpful and professional through the whole process. It was made more dfficult for them due to the fact I was in the States on the day of closing. They made sure I could sign the paperwork from where I was and the next day the closing took place and I received the money promptly in my bank account a few hours later. I can highly recommend PCB Solicitors.

Helen acted for me in the purchase of my house. It was not straight forward but she kept things moving and kept me informed at all times. She did sometimes have to remind me that although I was keen to move in, I would regret not dealing with everything properly when I came to sell. I have recommended her.
