Not your normal 9 to 5 Solicitor!

What a fabulous firm. Oliver is not your normal high street solicitor, if you need something doing and doing well he is the man to do it. From new home acceptance to completion in seven weeks. I have never worked with a solicitor that responds to my queries out of normal hours but I can assure anyone considering using JPL that this firm is always working hard for you. I had total confidence in that he was doing everything required to ensure a smooth transaction lay ahead.

Purchase Of my first Property

I was referred to JPL through my Mortgage Advisor. My questions were answered quickly and in full and I felt that I as a client matter to them. Throughout the process, Oliver or one of his team kept me informed about the progress and explained to me what was happening when I didn't understand. There ere numerous speed bumps that were encountered with this purchase and many were unforeseeable. With each one the JPL team worked with me and with the Sellers solicitors to navigate these problems. I am delighted to say that we completed on my birthday and I am moved in. I am very happy with the service provided by JPL and will most likely use them again for future purchases (once I recover from this one). I have already recommended JPL to others when they have mentioned the idea of purchasing their first property.

Fantastic service

Oliver was always very fast to reply to my emails and kept me up to date with information of my house. He is friendly and helpful with great knowledge of the shared ownership. I would absolutely use this company again and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Excellent Service

We chose Oliver for our new-build purchase after receiving a positive recommendation from a friend. Oliver conducted the purchase very efficiently and was very prompt with correspondence.

He was informative throughout the process and gave us thorough guidance, which was welcomed as this was also our first home purchase. Nothing was ever much trouble and he was very accommodating. The process was remote which was our preference and worked well with our work commitments. Both himself and his colleagues were always very polite and helpful when ringing.

We would not hesitate in recommending Oliver to others and we will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

We was recommended via a close friend to act Oliver Joseph as our solicitor for the sale and Purchase of our properties and what a brilliant decision that was, from having been let down in the past in terms of quality from solicitors, Oliver and Co went above and beyond for us always keeping us upto speed responding immediately with questions via email and made the entire process as hassle free as these things go.
