Effective, Professional Service

Having used H&R for a separate personal matter for my wife and I, I had no hesitation engaging them for a conveyancing and mortgage related matters.

They were friendly, efficient and dealt with all the paperwork between themselves, the third party and I with minimal fuss and a personal level of service. Will definitely return when I need further assistance.

Very diligent and supportive

We were recommended Mr Docherty by a friend and it didn’t take long to see why.
We had originally intended to purchase our first property and Mr Docherty had the offer submitted within the hour.

Unfortunately due to our circumstances we had to change to another property and Mr Docherty was very patient and supportive with the transition. We then threw another curveball and requested the move in date be brought forward giving Mr Docherty less than a week to complete the sale for us. We understood this is unheard of and are incredibly grateful in his ability to make it happen while not missing anything and highlighted a few things that other may have overlooked.

I have used Terence for a couple of house purchases and he's always done it professionally and made it easy for me.
The last one was a difficult purchase due to the seller circumstances.

Solicitor was nice when speaking for the 1st time on the phone but haven't heard back from them in over 5 weeks. I have called multiple times asking to speak to "my" solicitor and was told she'll be in touch on the day or the next day but they never call back or even email. I will not be using their services any more.
