Incredible service from Thompsons Solicitors via Meghan Durning.

I genuinely cant thank Meghan Durning enough for the outstanding service she has provided re my accident claim. She was so informative and every step of the way she would call me up, ask me how I was, then take her time to explain the stage we were at re my claim. She never rushed me or blinded me with terminology I couldn't understand! There was also no delays - she was always in communication with me.

My compensation claim has ended with a settlement that I am so happy with and will change a lot of things for me. This is all thanks to Meghan & Thompsons Solicitors.

Thompsons are very lucky to have someone as outgoing, friendly and also so professional as Meghan. She made what I thought was going to be a horrible stressful process into one that was so straightforward. I would always recommend this company and would also say to ask for Meghan!!

Unprofessional and unreliable. My claim was dragged out with mistakes over the offer amount, and now it’s been 11 weeks and 5 days since I accepted — still no payment, despite being told 6–8 weeks. Avoid Thompsons, you’ll regret it.

Partner contacted this firm to represent him against his company for harassment and using his disability confidential information to block his career progress which clearly breaches Equality Act 2010. Partner compiled hundreds of documents thoroughly and categorised everything very neatly so it was easy for them to go through all the evidence he had gathered. Partner was aiming to get a year's salary plus extra costs per area as compensation for all the damage cost. This firm could've got a big portion themselves, but they decided not to represent him as they couldn't be bothered to deal with his 'complex case'. Really useless and unprofessional firm.

Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer.
I can’t thank everyone at Thomsons enough!
