As first time buyers we were completely new to the whole process of house buying and needing solicitors advice and guidance. We found that Clarkes (in particular Emma J Evans and Sandra M Raymont) were a brilliant choice. They helped us with any queries and questions that we had with no hesitation - and there were quite a few questions as we had never gone through anything like this before. I can't find any faults in the service offered by Sarah and Claire Roberts. Communication was prompt, and any questions I had were either preempted, or answered quickly. When the sellers were being slow, they chased them up without any prompting on my end. From my end, I simply had to wait and submit/read any paperwork they asked for and everything else was taken care of. I'll be recommending them to others in the future for certain.
