We recently used Nikki and Neelam for both selling and buying a property. The process wasn’t always straightforward, but throughout, they were responsive—whenever we called, either Nikki or Neelam would pick up, which made communication easy and efficient.
Things got particularly tense on completion day when everything felt up in the air, but Nikki really stepped up and pushed everything through to exchange and completion. Her persistence made all the difference when it mattered most.
Even after completion, when we entered the property we had purchased and found that the seller had left a significant amount behind, Nikki continued to support us. She stayed in contact with the seller’s solicitor and arranged for a skip to be provided at no cost to us, which we really appreciated.
Thank you both for all your help. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication, and we would definitely recommend Nikki and Neelam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

My experience from start to finish was that of a very well oiled machine. All actions were done within the time span of expectations. Which were professionally explained to me at the start of the process. I truly feel I got value for money. And may I say , they were recommended to me when I set out looking for a solicitor. Now in turn I will feel very comfortable in recommending Martin-Kaye to my friends.

The house took almost a year to sell but that was not their fault. From the start the communication was clear, detailing who would be my main point of contact and who was assisting. When there were issues eg certain certificates missing, solutions were found. As we approached exchange and completion, there was no panic despite the on / off links in the chain and me being in the USA. I was impressed with the efficient, professional service and especially the timely responses at the end. I would recommend Kam Sodhi of Martin-Kaye LLP for Conveyancing.

Fantastic, we had Kam and Emma completing the work for our sale and purchase, they were efficient and kept us updated, we were ready to go before the rest of our chain which is testament to their hard work.
When other parts of the chain were challenging they persisted and got us through to completion. Kam was knowledgeable and I was comfortable trusting the advice she gave us with regards to exchange and completion dates.
Martin Kaye are the easiest solicitors I have dealt with and I would absolutely use them again.
