We're so glad we used Kirsty at Maitland Walker.
I had my suspicions that this could be a little drawn out as boundaries had been moved, which was fine on the ground, but legally with HMLR - it was full of surprises and not the good sort!!
Kirsty remained professional at all times, along with the odd bit of good humour (which was definitely needed!!) and her diligence eventually prevailed when the other side agreed that it was their mess to sort out, yet time and time again (6 times in total I think) Kirsty would uncover a problem they'd 'missed'.
In short Kirsty advised and kept us up to date with proceedings and made sure the i's dotted and the t's crossed, so that now we have our title, its clean and complete!
It was longer than any of us had wanted, but she got us there!!
We cant thank you enough Kirsty!

I have just used Maitland and Walker for a unusual property sale .
I have to say I was very impressed with the way Ella handled the whole sale, keeping me informed at every point. At the same time Joe was handling part of the agreement , and they both worked very well together. I will definitely use Ella and Maitland Walker again.
