Nel as a solicitor was great with fair understanding/knowledge of the family law sector. Easy to get a hold of with very good response times. Would highly suggest not to listen to any 'recommended' barristers put forward, I was suggested the most expensive person on the books (which I used as I wanted the best outcome) the barrister that turned up had never been involved with this type of case.... majorly disappointed and cost me to accept a deal that should have been better.

I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew Wells, during an unrelated consultation he picked up on a family issue that I had considered beyond my control, and advised that I was able to stand up and fight against the situation we were facing. Disgusting service, was advised of initial costs of 4k, and then trebled in matter of weeks. Invoices generated that were not consented to, and their involvement did nothing for my custody battle. Nia and Evie who work there were nothing but rude and unprofessional. Failed to address complaint and completely exploited monies from someone that was struggling mentally and emotionally. Threats to recover work invoiced that was never instructed.
