I can't thank Andrew and the team at Moonerams enough. They took over an existing personal injury claim as my previous solicitor retired and have been fantastic. From the very first phone call I felt so much more encouraged than I had speaking to previous solicitors I'd been in touch with. Although the process was long and at times taxing, all the staff at Mooneerams worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure the best outcome for my partner's injury claim. Natalie was especially patient with all our questions and queries along the way, it really felt like a collaboration and she explained everything so well. Several other staff at Mooneerams also communicated with us during the process and they were equally understanding and considerate, guiding us through the various stages and helping reassure us whenever necessary. All in all, top class and highly recommended.
