Always kept in the loop

Darren has been working on my personal injury claim for several months. Although it took a long time for other people to provide the required details, I never felt that I had been forgotten because Darren provided regular, clear updates, even if it was just ‘no news’. He was extremely prompt in providing me with info when it arrived and in responding to my email. Today, the funds were received from the insurer and by this afternoon, the money was in my account. Thanks Darren.

I had a fantastic experience with Mooneerams, and Andrew in particular. I was bitten by a dog at work, and found it difficult at first to find a solicitor that was communicative and seemed enthusiastic to help. As an Autistic person, communication can be difficult for me, but Andrew was incredibly attentive to my case and updated me regularly, whilst also being very patient when I was difficult to get hold of. I cannot recommend Andrew enough, this was my first time dealing with a personal injury solicitors, and it was very comforting to have someone so competent and trustworthy in my corner.

number one team!

a friend recommended Mooneerams, from the first interview till the final settlement, Natalie and her partners, arranged medical examinations, helped with form filling, explained everything with out all the legal terms, I also found Natalie to have a friendly and jovial attitude! and kept me informed till the end, ( for bid I don't want another accident) but I would use Mooneerams again!
