Over the last few months I have experienced overwhelming heartache and emotional struggles. Throughout all of this Beth gently guided me through the process and I felt a genuine care and concern. It has made me feel that I haven’t been dealing with just a company going through the motions as it were. Beth made me feel safe in the obvious wealth of experience and knowledge she has, coupled with undoubted professionalism, in order to navigate me through legal proceedings of which I knew nothing about. Lucy Morris is an absolutely phenomenal solicitor. I had been going through a difficult child arrangements case and she provided compassionate yet thoughtful and pragmatic advice. Lucy was not only incredibly responsive, but she continually went out of her way to ensure that you were always kept in the loop, as and when things arose. What can I say? Not all superheroes wear capes, and Bethan is a shining example of this truth. From the moment I called her and we ‘opened the book and placed it on the shelf’ to the call I made and said… ‘that book, it’s time to take it off the shelf and open it’ to the moment we finished (hopefully) the last page and placed it back on the shelf! we hope we don’t need to speak again. However, should I ever need to revisit that book, it’s without a doubt Bethan will be the one I want by my side!

Throughout this experience, Bethan was nothing short of extraordinary. For anyone searching for unwavering support, she is the one to have in your corner. I cannot thank her enough for her calming presence, her ability to listen, and, most importantly, her steadfast focus on our ultimate goal—my daughter’s well-being.
