We used Malcolm C Foy this year when we sold our house in Surrey and bought our new home in York. It wasn’t an easy process to be involved in! What could go wrong did go wrong, both at the bottom of the chain and at the top, but Olivia Rodgers was amazing. She kept us up to date with progress (or non progress in some cases) Would definitely recommend.

Olivia on the Residential Conveyancing team has helped me sell my property. She always responds quietly and I have got similar feedback from the estate agent. I used MC Foy for a medical negligence case for my late mother. Dan was extremely professional, always explained things to me and ensured that he raised the specific issues that were important to me, to bring the case to a conclusion. From our early discussions, he understood what matters were important to me and ensured that these were addressed. Whenever I needed clarification on matters, Caroline or Dan were always available and I was kept up to date as the case progressed. Very knowledgeable, with an in depth experience of the legalities surrounding medical negligence.

Donna Moore and Kelly Jones were absolutely brilliant with the service they provided. I was diagnosed with cancer near the start of the process and instantly became very unwell and was unable to be involved in the process. Thankfully Donna and Kelly provided unmatched service and just got on with everything I needed. I honestly can’t thank them enough for how easy they made this for me. Couldn’t recommend them more:).
