Teagan was very polite, professional and courteous in explaining the process in what is becoming an increasingly stressful situation. Matter not yet resolved so unable to comment on outcome of matter. However initial impure good.

Very quick and efficient
Really impressed with OCL's handling of my ongoing claim. They have dealt with everything from booking medical appointments to arranging vehicle repairs and car hire. They have also done all the negotiating with the third party, who were harassing me at the outset to settle through them.

Experience OCL SOLICITORS
Lovely and pleasant experience from Louise Bett very well explained and good communication.
Just needed some appointments closer too home and resolved much quicker took too long especially when other party held hands up and admitted responsibility.
