Great experience

We were purchasing a new home, and Zoe acted as our solicitor. She spent a good hour with us talking at the beginning to make sure we understood the process and had all our questions answered. From there, she and her team pretty much took the reins and managed the process efficiently without much more from us other than the required identification proceedings through an app that was pretty easy to use too. When it was coming up on exchange and completion, she met with us to go through the documents and answer our questions. She was fun and personable to meet with. We were very impressed and couldn’t recommend her any more highly, especially given that previous solicitor experiences left us not expecting much. She us away with how well she did her job and restored our faith!

I could not recommend Angie enough. She is professional but friendly, she made me feel supported and less worried when I was feeling anxious in a difficult time. Her communication was outstanding, nothing was too much and her replies were fast and reassuring. She kept me informed through the whole process. Her knowledge and advice was phenomenal, extremely thorough and understood my needs as the client. We had the pleasure of the help of Sian, Louise and Lili Mai for the purchase of our new house and sale of our old house. We started the process with Sian who was always on the ball and kept us ahead of the other solicitors in the chain so we were always ready to progress when the time came. Everything was dealt with clarity and in good time. When Sian took leave we were handed to Louise and Lili Mai who got our purchase and sale over the line before the stamp duty increase, their tenacious work to get the other solicitors in position to complete on time was a real send for us. The communication was first class and we were kept up to date and informed at every step of the way. My brother recommended Sian at ORJ to us and we have since recommended ORJ and specifically Sian, Louise and Lili Mai to others with complete confidence.

Personable and supportive

My experience from the outset was that Tia was a down to earth solicitor whom I could talk honestly with. Even though my divorce was not acrimonious, it was a very stressful time. This was especially true given the uncertainty of whether the Court would approve the split of assets agreed with my ex-wife. I felt that Tia supported me well during this difficult time for me, whislt remaining professional. I can happily recommend her.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable Solicitor who is communicative and approachable. We can't thank them enough!
