I can’t quite put into words how impressed we were with Beswicks - particularly Jaeda - who handled our recent property sale and purchase. What typically tends to be a frustrating and long process took just 8 weeks from start to finish. Communication was excellent; we were kept up to date every step of the way and Jaeda (and her colleagues) were quick to respond to any queries we had. Throughout the process we felt extremely confident that Jaeda had everything covered, even a minor blip that we experienced was dealt with quickly and professionally and with some much needed reassurance! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beswicks for conveyancing to anyone, and will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Beswick Legal, and in particular, Emma Millington — and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations.

Fantastic Service

My experience with my house sale has been a bumpy one due to buyers pulling out along the way but Beswicks have been wonderful supporting me through the entire journey.

Melissa Bailey was fantastic and so kind and understanding throughout, I have already recommended to a friend who’s instructed Beswicks for her house sale and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Absolutely disgraceful, failed to be represented in family court by Lauren, left me homeless, going against my wishes.
When I finally got back on my feet, they chased me for payments for non service. This escalated to Besswicks compelling me to CCJ and huge debt that I’m still paying. They even had the audacity to claim that my 3 children are not a necessity to fund.
This firm is inhumane to say the least. But I’ll carry on trying to keep a roof over my head and support my children at all costs.

I used Beswick for Conveyancing as a first time buyer and from the beginning, I knew I was not dealing with your standard solicitors. Their communication and attention to detail is unlike any other firm I or my family have worked with. I approached Beswicks Solicitors when looking for a conveyancing solicitor to purchase a property under the RTB scheme. From the outset, the service was outstanding.

I quickly received a quote, and the process began smoothly. Jaeda handled my case, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional time and effort she invested.

Although the overall purchase process was delayed, it was for the right reasons. Jaeda identified a discrepancy with the property boundary and rightly advised that this should be resolved before proceeding. While delays were caused by the other party, Jaeda kept me fully updated with every development and persistently chased for progress.

I am so glad I chose Beswicks Solicitors. The quality of service and communication have been excellent, and I cannot fault Jaeda’s professionalism and dedication. A massive thank you to Jaeda — I look forward to working with you again in future.

Very pleased overall since we managed to get the house purchase over the line before the stamp duty changes at the end March. Emma’s was very helpful and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Only comment I would make is the onboarding questionnaire was a challenge to complete with quite a bit of repetition / duplication of questions at times. Overall really good though. Wouldn’t hesitate recommend Beswicks to friends and family in the future.
