Outstanding in all manners

I was working through the process of removing my ex partner from my mortgage. Sophie helped to guide me and worked through the process and organised all the documentation needed very quickly and compassionately. Communication between myself and Sophie was incredible I could contact the firm with any question even if I felt it to be slightly futile and they were more than happy to help. Only firm I will ever use if I have too.

I approached Beswicks Solicitors when looking for a conveyancing solicitor to purchase a property under the RTB scheme. From the outset, the service was outstanding.

I quickly received a quote, and the process began smoothly. Jaeda handled my case, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional time and effort she invested.

Although the overall purchase process was delayed, it was for the right reasons. Jaeda identified a discrepancy with the property boundary and rightly advised that this should be resolved before proceeding. While delays were caused by the other party, Jaeda kept me fully updated with every development and persistently chased for progress.

I am so glad I chose Beswicks Solicitors. The quality of service and communication have been excellent, and I cannot fault Jaeda’s professionalism and dedication. A massive thank you to Jaeda — I look forward to working with you again in future.

Very pleased overall since we managed to get the house purchase over the line before the stamp duty changes at the end March. Emma’s was very helpful and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Only comment I would make is the onboarding questionnaire was a challenge to complete with quite a bit of repetition / duplication of questions at times. Overall really good though. Wouldn’t hesitate recommend Beswicks to friends and family in the future.
