We recently had an issue with a house left in Trust and Goddard Dunbar dealt with this for us . More specifically, we'd like to mention Abbi who worked diligently to resolve matters that cropped up . Abbi responded to our queries quickly and chased The Land Registry constantly allowing for us to continue with the sale of my father in law's house. The communication between us was coherent and in a manner we understood without all the law terminology we did not understand. We would not hesitate to use these solicitors again.
