I cannot recommend Francesca highly enough. She is, without a doubt, a first-class solicitor with a razor-sharp mind when it comes to family law.
What truly set Francesca Skakel apart for me was her approach to resolving my problem. I greatly appreciated her advice and strategic thinking in reaching a solution without escalating matters and going to court. Unfortunately, in my experience, some family solicitors will deliberately escalate disputes to profit from the acrimony. However, Francesca genuinely has an eye on how family disputes can be resolved amicably.
It is very rare to find someone with this blend of legal expertise and a focus on peaceful resolution. If you're looking for a family solicitor who prioritises finding a sensible solution while protecting your interests, Francesca is an exceptional choice.

After separating with my ex partner I was left in a world of limbo, not understanding what I was entitled to, with my child often being used against me in certain situations, I was just very confused and in desperate need of guidance.

Birketts was recommended as a large firm in the local area who should be able to help defend against an accusation.
Although initially confident, the young solicitor who took the case failed to make suitable representation, failing to spot clear holes in the opposition's story.
The case was tried again at appeal with a barrister of the firm in court, who also failed to live up to expectations.
I was very disappointed with the firm.

The service has been very smooth and stress free. Krishma has been very useful and managed to get my application submitted in a timely manner. Most importantly, once she received the result, she made sure to contact me to share the great news (ahead of the weekend) despite her being out of office.
