From the moment of contact to my eventual court case I was given the necessary advice in a professional but understandable manner. The result of my case was better than I was expecting which I know is down to my representation.

The firm failed to provide me with basic, mandatory documentation relating to my case and would not respond to any method of communication I attempted until I filed an official complaint mentioning bringing in The Legal Ombudsman. Prior to this, I had not even been provided with the contact information for my own lawyer they had assigned me and the contact information provided within my client care letter (the only form of communication I received from them within 42 days of service, which stated I would receive further communications), turned out to be incorrect, for which they apologised but refused to rectify the issue.

These past year has been the worst of my life, having been alleged of something I never meant to happen. GT Stewart was not the first firm to represent me, and until instructing them, I have been bouncing from one firm to another in the hope to find someone capable of representing and supporting me through the process without luck. However, Will Russel, Kevin Williams, and Archie Manby (the external barrister instructed by Kevin and Will to deal with my case in court), have been exceptional, being able to collect the information they needed from me despite the tension and stress that my partner, family, and I are going through. Kevin and will have been very available, addressing all our questions and concerns as much as they could, while Archie has been able to present the facts professionally and in a detailed manner in court, resulting in a positive outcome. While I hope not to need their services again in my life, my case might still not be concluded, and if anything else would arise, I would certainly refer back to them. If I knew someone was going through something similar to what I am going through, I would recommend GT Stewart.

I went to court my solicitor was Kevin William and barrister represented me was Samantha Davies , she was really amazing I could not be more happy with the outcome of the court, the way she spoke and put everything into words that shed a tear in my eye and helped me with everything , also she made me feel comfortable as it is a scary place to be infront of the judge and she is just amazing I would always recommend Kevin and Samantha they are both the best I could not ask for any more
