Not impressed …..
Initial impressions were good but only disappointment followed.
……after approx 7 months & having paid over £10,000 , I felt we had been badly let down & really I wasn’t sure what I had spent my money on because we had not really achieved anything .
They wrote a lot of letters but I could have done that myself.
I complained & got £3000 +written off the bill but it was a very stressful experience , to change solicitors after having spent so much time & money.
Not to my satisfaction due to lack of results.
