I had dealings with Emily Yeardley & Michelle Scott in Emily's absence and both gave me great advice.

They warned me of the possible outcome of my case and the chances I had of winning.

In the end Emily managed to secure a settlement for me which was agreed by both parties and I would have no hesitation in recommending Emily as someone you can trust and who gives you both sides of the equation.

Emily was referred to me by a shared contact to support with a Settlement Agreement. It was the first time I had been engaged in such a dialogue and Emily’s clear and transparent communication was super helpful. Breaking down legal jargon and explaining what each component meant as well as discussing pros cons with regards to next steps and feedback from the employers solicitor was also incredibly helpful.

I would Highly recommend Couchman Hanson. I recently used Mike Brown to over see the sale of my commercial property. It turned out to be not the most strait forward process, however Mike was always incredibly helpful, attentive and insightful.
