I cannot rate the quality of service from Baldwin & Robinson highly enough. Friendly & professional advice and support

Efficient and helpful throughout

Simon and Tyler were recommended to us for an amendment to a Property Deed of Covenant. Despite it being in the weeks before the deadline for the rise in stamp duty, they applied themselves and ensured the required details were acquired and the document produced against a series of deadlines. They were keen to ensure the changes were done in the most beneficial way and to ensure we were advised correctly.

Excellent guidance and execution

We had a burdensome coneact with a poorly performing supplier (agency). Said agency hadn't met their obligations and we needed to cancel the contract and obtain a refund.

Louise was always clear with her guidance and expectation setting (not over promising).

Her availability to us, response times were excellent - but perhaps most importantly of all she understood the stress this caused us and sincerely wished to help.

Louise Elliott negotiated my settlement agreement, and I was so grateful for her support and guidance.
