In stressful time of being made redundant, Holly took on the weight of negotiating my Settlement Agreement and asking the questions raised in a manner that would not damage my position or outcomes for me. It was a relief, I could focus on other things knowing this was in good hands. She was efficient, personable, able to translate in layman's words the legal meaning.
She made me realise how important it is to negotiate your employment contract when starting a new position, I will for sure invest in her services for my next employment.

Well satisfied with W Davies Solicitors

My wife and I have been clients of W Davies Solicitors since 2007. We needed to update our existing mirror Wills. We accepted Mr Pady’s advice to record gifts by way of a Deed of Gift. When I had difficulty with some of the written legalise, he was prepared to put time aside to explain. Maybe a plain English alternative to legal prose is not always possible. We liked the reasonable fee and continue to be well satisfied with W Davies Solicitors.

As representatives of the Hackney Carriage taxi drivers in the borough, we hired W. Davies Solicitors to deal with the legal side of a long-overdue fare review.

Despite resolute opposition to any kind of increase by the council licensing department - just a few months later, we were granted the increase we sought … far exceeding all expectations !
