I was very impressed with the service received from Watkins and Gunn. Ffion was very helpful and explained all matters clearly. The communication, both over the telephone and via e-mail, was excellent and I was updated on a regular basis. Ffion made a situation which could have been difficult and uneasy run very smoothly. Watkins & Gunn took on my injury claim from another solicitors firm who had done nothing for 2 years. Sara who personally dealt with the claim was amazing. She regularly kept me up to date and was clear and precise when explaining where we stood with things. Sara was on the ball with all relevant deadlines coming across as a person who 'gets the job done' For me personally it was the level of professionalism she displayed which made me feel I was in good hands. Anytime I contacted the firm I was able to speak to a person straight away and if Sara was not available she would always call back in a timely manner. I would recommend this company

I’d recommend anyone to use the services of Watkins and Gun limited especially Sara Jones I had a accident at work my company at the time tried to blame me for the accident even though I knew I wasn’t to blame but thanks to all the hard work done by Watkins’s and Gun limited they help prove I it wasn’t my fault and thanks to them I can move on from this incident knowing I wasn’t to blame for the accident, many thanks again I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with matters similar to mine

We have used Watkins & Gunn’s Pontypool solicitors for many years, as did our parents before us. On this occasion my sister and I turned to them again knowing it would be a job well done. And it was.

Thank you for navigating us through the conveyancing and house selling process so smoothly Sadia.

My sister and I had absolutely no idea what was involved but we were very pleased to have Sadia as our solicitor on this. Sadia dealt confidently with a raft of paper deeds dating back many years and gave us sound advice and kept us updated whenever we asked.

Watkins & Gunn Solicitors took on my injury claim after 2 years of nothing been done by another solicitors. To be honest I wasn't expecting anything due to the 2 years bad experience. I have to say that I have nothing but praise for this company, in particular, Sara who was personally dealing with my case. Sara was 100% on the ball. She consistently kept me up to date and kept me well informed of deadlines and how the case was going. Her manner on the phone came across as someone you could place confidence in and above all I was extremely impressed with her professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any legal matter. Couldn't thank Sara enough for finalising my injury claim which she made successful.
