Sale and purchase of properties
We used Forresters for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house and from the initial contact to the final sign off they were absolutely fantastic. In what is a stressful situation of buying and selling , both Carole and Daniel, by their professionalism and helpfulness, took most of the stress away from us. We ended up completing in less than 12 weeks which was a bonus, with Carole and Daniel keeping us up to date and answering any query ( some trivial !) throughout the process
We cannot thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

We had the pleasure of working with Leia as our solicitor for buying our first home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service she provided.
From start to finish, Leia was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to us, making sure we felt confident and informed at each stage of the process. She was also quick and efficient in getting things done and always responsive whenever we had questions, which really helped ease the stress of buying a home for the first time.
What really stood out was how Leia went the extra mile for us: when we struggled to get answers from the developers, she stepped in and helped chase things up on our behalf, making sure we got the information we needed.
Overall, Leia was professional, proactive and genuinely supportive throughout — she truly is an asset to the firm, and we’re so grateful for all her help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying a home!

Leia couldn’t have done enough. Despite the incompetence of another solicitor in the chain she endeavoured to get completion on an agreed date. Without her I wouldn’t like to think when the actual move date would have been. Whenever I had a query she responded quickly and was able to progress any queries efficiently. We will definitely use again.
