This review is for a different branch.
Called to get an appointment. Was told an office manager would call back. Receptionist called back to say no appointments available for a month. I asked when next appointment would be to be told we don’t know. Asked to speak to someone who had access to the diary was told that an email would be sent to request someone call me back. Still waiting. Called Silvergate and got help on the phone and an appointment the day after. Shocking service from the South Shields branch.
