All information provided r.e search results etc, was easy to understand with no excessive legal jargon. Despite the other parties solicitor being difficult to communicate with my team was persistent and managed to achieve the desired outcome within the appropriate time scale. Darcy gets it done!

We had Sweeney Miller recommended to us by two people who had great experiences with their moves of varying chain lengths so it was a no brainer.

From day one Darcy was responsive, honest and communicative, everything you need in a conveyancer, which is basically some sort of clandestine art to a non-solicitor and an infuriating process regardless of several factors.

We put a lot of pressure on Darcy as our chain involved a not-so-good firm who were the antithesis of Sweeney Miller: completely unresponsive and slow

Despite feeling like everything was up in the air until the last minute, Darcy was reassuring and managed to navigate a very quick exchange and completion against what felt like all odds.

If I was ever to move again, it’d be Sweeney Miller and particularly Darcy top of the list!

We were very impressed with the whole setup of Sweeney Miller and especially with Faraz who was friendly and professional also. The costs were discussed before the process started and didn't change throughout. The process of making the will was explained from the start and was straightforward. Poor service for conveyancing, ultimately down to a severe lack of communication and awful organisation throughout the home buying process. They don't reply to emails, mortgage wasn't in place for the date of exchange (the deed wasn't sent until 2 days prior) and I was told to pay £540 of additional fees after receiving my completion statement. I would not recommend this firm for conveyancing at all.
