Annie sorted out repairs and a Hire Car.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with.
They inflate hire costs and use a company they actually own claiming these are fair prices yet they set them. They prices are on average 4 times more than average prices of other hire companies.
The practices of their company need looking into.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO WINN SOLICITORS. This is now my third time using Winn solicitors and the reason why I chose to use them again is because the previous two times I received impeccable service and great settlements. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my handlers took my claim seriously.
However this was a fair amount of years ago and I chalk that up to the handlers being Young and hungry with something to prove.
Winn solicitors has since gone downhill with a HIGH staff turnover and are now riddled with handlers who couldn't give a toss if your settlement is 50k or 5p.
They answer the phone fairly quickly but when you ask for your personal handler they are impossible to get on the phone or your handler has been changed without your knowledge. They do not give you any updates anymore and just text you when a settlement has been received without even discussing anything with you first. They push you from pillar to post and tell you things just to get you off the phone and when you call again to chase the last handler did not do what they told you they would and left no notes in the system.
They encourage you to use touchpoint for everything yet they never have the details or documents that you enter into touchpoint which leaves you chasing them constantly.
This is the LAST time I'll ever use Winn Solicitors and believe they need to do a complete overhaul of staff and maybe introduce better working conditions and pay so that staff can be HUNGRY again to deliver great service.

This is the second time I used this company. One by one, their colleagues keeps calling me, to repeat, ask me the same thing. Do you people not communicate? I just received a call to say," You car has to be scrapped. How do you want to proceed?" I already agreed to this and I have even already received the money.

The whole process with Winn was handled efficiently, all the information required from me was provided and Winn dealt with the rest. I was not at fault, and great care and consideration was put into place to ensure I had a hassle free claims process.

Appalling service that border lines representing a scam company.
They offer you the world at the time of the crash but very soon forget you’re their customer and the service levels drop.
You can never speak to anyone as they adding you a case handler but they may as well not exist as trying to reach them is harder than calling Downing Street. The people that answer the phone offer limited help and simply offer call backs which of course never happen.
This company is only interested in themselves and racking up their own fees to claim from the other side and leave you with nothing.
My personal advice would be to avoid this company and let your insurance company deal with the claim.

Much like others have said this company causes more stress than the original ‘no fault’ accident. I was the victim and I have been relentlessly harassed by this company more than a year after the event. Including telephone calls at 7am!! have been asked for more personal information than I had to provide for credit to buy the car!! Please report to ombudsman and your insurers. This company needs to be shut down.

We have had the unfortunate experience of Winn solicitors acting on our behalf for an RTA through our insurance company Marshmallow we had a phone call the next day from Winn solicitors telling me they were representing us with the claim and if any other company contacted us explain they were already acting on our behalf very efficient I thought this was the 18th August 2024 we were then given a case handler Nicole Joyce to process the claim
In brief it’s worst experience I’ve had I never have contact unless I call and then calls are not returned along with 24 emails in January 2025 requesting an update and 64 emails to date from August to January
3rd party admitted liability in October 2024 and still no payment or timeframe for payment
Avoid this company at all costs the call centre will never put you through to any senior management person and when I requested the complaints procedure 3 times I eventually got it

I was hit by another driver that admitted fault and everything was fine until Chris Swanson would keep calling and send me links and asking for all my bank details and when asked why,it was it’s all normal protocol incase it goes to court so I’m like it won’t go to court because she admitted liability then it got worse and wanted to see every account and know everything about me and this is just so they know how much they can take you for,I was then asked for my sort code and account number for my current account even though they have all my statements and now asked for my 3 years tax returns again y!!!! Just to see what they can take me for.so I said let me speak to your manager and I was told she was busy for 24-48 hours and now 30 hours later I have been threatened of having to pay 13 thousand pound if I don’t gove them all the info they ask for within 24 hours,the damage was maximum £1500 and oh and aparently a 28 day hire charge is 8000 pound,absolute bully’s!!!
