When SEND meets family court, you need Gemma

I can honestly say without a doubt I would have crumbled under the pressure without Gemma. I first contacted MSB after an awful experience with another firm who failed to advocate on my behalf.
I had lost all hope in finding legal advice and support that understood my position and was willing to advocate fiercely on behalf of my daughter and her needs.
Gemma has not only restored my faith in solicitors but has repeatedly put the delicate needs of my daughter at the forefront.

Very disappointed. I was asked to provide full details of my case before they even ran a conflict check—only to be told afterwards that they couldn’t act due to a conflict of interest. This is completely the wrong way round and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. Avoid if you expect professionalism from the start.

I must say, my experience with the family division of this firm has been utterly unacceptable. The team, primarily made up of younger staff, seems more interested in their social media presence than in effectively managing client cases. They failed to defend my interests and were quick to send hefty bills without providing the representation I deserved. Be warned; profit is their main priority, rather than proper client care.

These guys are completely crooked. They discriminate against disabled people's health concerns, and engage in bullying campaigns when lighting that has no planning permission is erected by their employees in a Dark Sky Reserve. Mine and my wife's health has gone downhill and we are holding you responsible Mark Foreman and Rebecca. Expect legal action.
