Don't ever use this solicitors for selling a house, I got an estimate I said yes to it and they said they would be in touch , after a week still no communication, I've phoned up sent emails which where all ignored , the receptionist couldn't even get up and go to the persons office to say I needed to get in touch , she sent an email and phoned but no answer , what a waste of time , please don't use them as they just ignore call and emails , I have gone to a different solicitors now , you have been warned
