I would highly recommend anyone to take up the services of Madonna &
Deborah Hawkins and her team where a pleasure to work with at all times
Very professional and informative
From day one I felt we where in good hands and the sale of our house under Deborah run very smoothly
Nothing was too much trouble and always available for a chat if required to settle your mind
Moving home can be stressful enough so you need this type of service to get the job done smoothly

I would not recommend! Charged £15k for Probate and a Land Transfer that they did not action until I chased them and they had “forgotten” a bit of paperwork (2 years later!). They were also misleading with their quotes. Definitely ask for a quote before you do anything with them, but I would not use again.

Excellent service and quick completion thanks to Zoe!

I recently purchased my first property and despite living hundreds of miles away, I instructed Mason & to deal with the purchase. My solicitor was Zoe and she was amazing, constantly providing updates without having to request and the purchase went through seamlessly. I did not even have to chase for an update. I would just like to say my experience with Mason & was first class. So professional but also made you feel like they really cared and you weren’t just a number but a person they took the time to get to know. Everything was dealt with and they were very through. Sarah and George were amazing throughout my divorce process and I always felt supported by them and at times it was really hard but I had them by my side throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for better solicitors! Lauren and Hilary were amazing to work with. I had an extremely tight deadline due to stamp duty inflation, I had an offer accepted and exchanged within a 5 week period which is typically unheard in this industry!

Lauren and Hilary are very knowledgeable, keeping the whole buying process as smooth as possible and both were an absolute joy to work with!

Genuinely good people who even sent me a moving in card, which was a lovely surprise.

I highly recommend Lauren and Hillary to represent your needs. You wont be disappointed in their services!

Hilary and Lauren could not have been more helpful, efficient and approachable in dealing with both the sale and purchase of properties when my mum downsized after many years in the family home. Mason and Beer have been amazing for us we first had Hilary and her team 3 years ago for a purchase and we have just used them again for sale and purchase. Highly recommend them they had excellent communication and got everything done in the expected time frame. Lauren was great we got quick responses whenever we had questions and she gave us regular updates which we really appreciated.
A very positive experience with them and we wouldn't use any one else in the future.
