Drawing up My Second Will
I had made a will five years previous but due to a change in circumstances, wished to make some changes. The solicitor spent 75 minutes with me and within the time drew up a draft which totally was in accord with my wishes, which were slightly complex. I now hold the copy of the witnessed document, which has given me peace of mind prior to my death.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Dean Provided a first class service in all aspects of our property purchase. Helpful, practical and knowledgeable advice made a difficult process strait forward and relatively painless. What stands out for me is Dean's rapid response time to emails and phone calls. This is very refreshing and contrasts to other firms I have used in the past.

I have used Richard in the past for a previous housesale as we felt he was professional, very diligent and able to relay the sale information to me in a clear way. This sale was technically a more difficult job but again I was navigated through the issues and reassured we were doing everything required from our side to make it happen. I would hgihly recommend Richard and the team for any house sale in the future.

Challenging a Will is very upsetting but Bethany handled the case with sensitivity and professionalism by removing the irrelevant emotion from my submissions. Where legal points needed further clarification, there was a more experienced colleague on hand to give additional support and advice. I received periodic invoices to keep within the budget limit we had agreed and the case was settled within a reasonable time scale.
