They handle a relatively simple but potentially stressful property sale extremely well, as the purchaser needed to complete before the stamp duty rate changed.
I am sure that Jonathon oversaw the process but his team handle it all.

My house sale went well with but my purchase was very stressful and lacked support. Questions were responded to sometimes with sarcasm and advice was not clear.
Other professionals advised me to find another solicitor as they considered he was not liaising with vendors solicitors and was therefore not aware of issues he should have advised me on.

It was our first time having to deal with a legal matter of this type. Both Merna, Gemma, and their staff have been nothing short of amazing during this time. As it was a lengthy process with some hiccups on our end causing delays, they displayed nothing but kindness and patience, which has been wholeheartedly appreciated.
