Kirsty was very supportive, explained matters well to my father, and ensured that he was fully ware in relation to the LPA.

She was very patient with my father in relation to his slow processing/memory recall.

Julie MacGregor was an excellent conveyancer. We had a slow process with other parties in our staircasing transaction, but when it came to Eatons role Julie acted swiftly and ensured we completed by deadlines to ensure we incurred no extra costs
Additionally the price was reasonable and not excessive

Avoid this company unless you want to wait a lifetime for anything to be done. It took nearly 8 months to move into our first home with no chain as communication was horrendous and we spent all our time chasing things up to the point we might aswell have done their job, only for nothing to move forward. 2 years later it came to remortgaging, only to find out that the land registry still hasn't been completed. I have been chasing this up for 10 months to get the same response saying, 'it is being actively chased' and they are 'waiting for a response'. First of all I had Rebecca Parkinson to deal with who is about as much use as a chocolate teapot, Secondly I am now dealing with Sarah Rounding who seems to have picked up Rebecca's habits really well using what must be an automated response for them now saying they are actively chasing it. Stay well clear, of this firm, they will take your money and do half the job costing you more money in the long run. Embarrassing!!

Myself and my partner were recommended Amanda at Eatons through our mortgage advisor as he said she was great to work with.. He definitely wasn't wrong. We started the process and we had many issues along the way and found Amanda to be more than helpful with any set backs we had. She always kept us updated with where we were at with the purchase and answered any questions or concerns we had. We would most definitely recommend Amanda at Eatons as she was so friendly and easy to work with and went out of her way to help make the sale happen. Thankyou so much for all your help and we are so happy in our new home!

I used Eatons to purchase my home and they did a amazing job! They are very hard working and are quick and efficient. They are also very fairly priced.

They where always available for any queries or questions you have and get back to you immediately.

Yasser was handing my file, and always made sure everything was done on time and correctly. A top solicitor.
