Brilliant experience from start to finish with Kassam Boota!
Cannot fault anything, kept me up to date with everything that was happening and chased the buyers solicitors up on several occasions without being asked!
Wasn't a case of ringing a generic number, I had direct contact with Kassam even out of your normal 9 - 5 hours!
Would 100% recommend and would use again! Thankyou! Very reasonably priced also!

I cannot recommend Louise Pugh highly enough. From start to finish, she handled what was a very complicated and emotionally challenging case with the utmost professionalism, care, and expertise.
They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure I always felt supported and informed. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart the entire way through.

Muhammad and Amna provided first class support and ensured what was a stressful process was as smooth as possible from our end. XYZ Law are the best solicitors I have worked with, their response rate was fast, their manner professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Everything was conducted remotely and this provided no barriers, even when delays were occurring due to the other party the team were on it, ensuring information kept flowing. In summary: I'd definitely use them again, and would recommend others do too.

I am so grateful that my mortgage adviser referred to XYZ Law Solicitors.
Louise Pugh was more than amazing in every aspect. From the time my mortgage was approved there were some delays. After the delays then there was a very unreasonable time limit for completion but Louise actually beat the unreasonable deadline and I am such a happy and very pleased home owner. From the moment i informed Louise about the deadline, she did above and beyond to ensure that the deadline was met. Louise was professional and answered questions with clarity and gave advice accordingly. I would definitely come back to XYZ Law firm and request for Louise's attention if I will be allowed.

Louise Pugh has assisted me with the sale of my property, and after loosing my first buyer and many obstacles along the way Louise was an absolute saviour.
I would not use anyone else for my conveyancing needs and I cannot recommend her enough. Someone who you can trust, who replies to you and reassures you every step of the way is such a comforting thing when going through such a stressful process.

We can't praise this firm enough. Louise was given the challenge of looking after us and she certainly didn't disappoint. We never felt we needed to chase documents, they were always sent on time. We were regularly kept up to date and if any questions were asked, Louise always took the time to explain.

I had an outstanding experience with Kassam Boota while purchasing new house, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Buying a house can be a stressful and complex process, but Kassam Boota made everything feel manageable and straightforward.

So would not recommend, our first home fell through not long after applying for the mortgage and starting the paperwork with the solicitors. We then found another property that our offer was accepted on. So we relayed the information back to them about our first property falling though and the details of the new property. So we apply for a mortgage and all ours initial checks have been done and then get a mortgage offer. There is no chain for both us and the seller. So the solicitors then requests the searches on the property. We heard nothing for weeks and was chasing them for updates but wasn't getting any responses. We were emailing and phoning and still no real update. We then finally get an update and it turns out that they had requested the searches on the property that fell though quickly not the one we instructed them too. All the paperwork we sent them had the correct address and details, we sent multiple emails with the correct address and had multiple phone calls reffering to the correct address we beaded the searches on and they still got it wrong! The worst part about it is they then asked for more money, so asking is to pay again for searches they messed up! Surely that shows how incompetent they are, we have since swapped solicitors and made more progress in days then we did in weeks with xyz law. I think it's also not good customer service that we emailed to cancel there service and that we were changing to a different solicitor and they have not even bothered to acknowledge this with a courtesy email!
