Generally good as most solicitors. I found the communication a bit slow. One person is not a complete representation of the firm; the survey does not seek honest opinions to help improve the working attitude toward future customers. Work is professional as all solicitors. I might use one more time to see how they perform.

A straightforward sale which was managed quickly and efficiently to the satisfaction of both myself and the buyer. Unfortunately I was unable to access the app but my solicitor kept me informed throughout.

Handled the whole process really well and got everything on their side done fast with good communication. Had a few issues with the other sides solicitors but sorted these out for us fine as fast as they could.
