Excellent Service on Freehold sale

Knowing what a nightmare keeping in contact with solicitors can be on conveyancing matters may I say that my experience with Ramsdens completely bucks the trend. Calls were always answered politely and efficiently and help was given when needed. The team who I dealt with ( Emily and Molly) always returned calls and kept me in the loop in terms of what was happening. A credit, I may humbly say, to their profession. Thank you.

I have been absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Andrew Chappell and his team, (Leah Shaw and Laura Smith). As a first time buyer you are never quite sure what to expect, but everyone I have dealt with at Ramsdens has been professional, friendly and prompt at responding to any queries. It was not a straightforward purchase, but Andrew dealt with all hurdles efficiently and with good humour, ensuring I was kept updated throughout. I honestly do not think the purchase would have gone through had it not been for his efforts. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew and the team at Ramsdens to family and friends. Thank you!

Wonderful client service

Charlotte and her property team were simply amazing and so far ahead in terms of client service compared to what we were used to in Birmingham. Ours was not an easy transaction given that it involved a listed building in a conservation area, but Charlotte's guidance and rapid response to any of the search or indemnity issues took away the worst of our stress.
While we hope that this is our last house-move, we shall not hesitate to use Ramsdens in the future for other legal matters.

Absolutely Appaling service

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any firm. Zero customer service, email queries unanswered, phone calls not returned. There is zero accountability and the only way I finally got someone to look into my case was to contact a partner to see what was going on, and why no one had replied to my numerous emails asking for an update.
They sat on documents for 6 weeks before processing them, then lied about not recieving emails. Total, total disaster. Stay away.

Portara deals with development work. Joanne at the Huddersfield Branch was extremely efficient in tying up several of our financial needs. Very responsive to calls when a message was left. I personally felt very happy with the service provided
