I had the pleasure of working with Jay Marsh-Gasson, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Case Manager at Richard Griffiths& Co Solicitors, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the outset, Jay was exceptionally efficient and handled every detail with professionalism and care. His explanations were always clear and easy to understand, making what can often be a complex and sensitive process feel straightforward and manageable.

Jay was friendly, approachable, and professional. He quickly put me at my ease. He was knowledgeable about the legal situation regarding my Will and gave excellent advice.
He was very courteous and understanding about my previous experience (I was very disappointed with the original person/company that compiled my Will).
Jay responded quickly to any correspondence and any queries that I had.

I cannot praise Jay Marsh-Gasson enough for his helpful, patient and friendly Will making expertise. His explanations in answer to my many questions were thorough, clear and concise and his ready wit made a potentially sombre occasion enjoyable.
I was all the more impressed by the high level of service that I received because I was using the Free Wills Service promoted by Nationalal Chartiies. I would thoroughly recommend the serviced offered by this firm of Solicitors, and Jay in particular.

Timing! My will booked,unexpected bereavement, 100% + experience,

I had been putting off updating my will then made a booking with Richard Griffiths & Co. My father suddenly passed inbetween so timing of grief and my own will was extremely sensitive now. Throughout my will, experience with Mr Jay Marsh Gasson, l was met with consideration, compassion, patience and understanding. He created both a comfortable and safe environment with no pressure just kindness. He offered me time regarding my grief which l appreciated. I took the time though the reality of grief made me realise how important a will is so l continued with Richard Griffiths and Co. I'm so pleased and grateful for staying with them as it's been a welcome and positive experience. I've recently had to deal with a few solicitors regarding my father. Richard Griffiths and Co are by far the most professional, courtiest and efficient company that l have had the pleasure of dealing with. My thanks particularly to Mr Jay Marsh Gasson.

Jay was happy to prepare my will during free wills month and I was happy to leave a donation for Guide Dogs when the end comes. The process was very straightforward and I am delighted with the result. I’d been meaning to get a will done for ages, and now it’s done. Hurray!
