After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Super Savvy Solicitors
Kim & Adele were great. During our purchase they kept us informed as to progress on a near daily basis. From start to completion took approx 2 months which, would have been considerably quicker if the sellers solicitors had been as half efficient as they were. We have engaged Easthams before and if the occasion arises we will most certainly do so again.
