Dean at Easthams swiftly and professionally handled my personal injury claim after a road traffic incident left me with pains and discomfort.

Using communication through their app, letters, documents and messages were exchanged quickly and with confidence that the recipient would have them to hand.

The process route clearly shows the current state of claim, removing the need to question what's happened and happening?

Most people take legal advice only in their hour of need, and the reassuring process Easthams offer brings confidence and peace of mind.

No fault to find in my experience with Dean and Easthams, and no hesitation to recommend.

From start to finish was effortless with these guys, I rang them and within 12hrs Dean called me back and from there on it was an excellent experience, they ask you to download an app then it becomes easier than ever knowing every step of the way where you are upto, the fastest claim I have ever made, Dean is top man very easy to talk to and always calls you if there is a problem , I cannot recommend any other solicitors after this experience I have had , thank you to a top team from the bottom of my heart , 100 % trusted and 5 star from me

I had two separate injuries at work and then the company went into liquidation. I thought I wouldn't receive any compensation. I called Easthams Solicitors and they had Miss Barker handle both of my claims. I now have settlements for both cases and I feel good. Thank you Easthams and thanks to Miss Tyler Barker.

Having recently completed a particularly complex property purchase, I can say with complete confidence that the service I received from Debra and Harriet at Easthams was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who has purchased several properties over the years, I’ve experienced a wide range of solicitors – but none have matched the responsiveness, accessibility, and sheer professionalism that Debra and Harriet provided throughout this transaction.

There were challenges along the way, but they navigated each one with skill and clarity, always keeping me well-informed and ahead of the process. What really stood out was their availability – they were genuinely accessible at all times and incredibly prompt in their replies, something that made a huge difference in what could have been a far more stressful experience.

The service I received from Nickola Banks and her team was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way by post, email and telephone conversations. Every time Nickola or a member of her team phoned me they were always polite, patient, professional, friendly and informative.
I would like to thank Nickola and her team for all the hard work they did to get me the best compensation possible for my dislocated thumb claim. As the compensation is on a provisional basis should my condition deteriorate I would have every faith in them to again get me the best compensation possible. After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
