Tricky Sale With Restrictions
Lisa and Anne completed the sale of property that had some extra restrictions on the Land Registry. Whilst the sale took longer than expected the team were quick to respond and follow up requests.

Selling house
Overall good service,I could get through most times and get the answers I needed Lisa was very informative and always got back to me ,however one criticism is that on a few occasions certain members of staff were simply not in the office or working half days so that was a bit frustrating when you needed answers.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service from Team LGM, very proactive and easy to contact. Provided timely and accurate information throughout. The house buying process is very stressful, but a lot of that stress was mitigated through the professionalism of Team LGM. Highly recommend and would use again.
