Tricky Sale With Restrictions

Lisa and Anne completed the sale of property that had some extra restrictions on the Land Registry. Whilst the sale took longer than expected the team were quick to respond and follow up requests.

Great support and patient with it.

Wake Smith were very good throughout the long process from selling to buying. When it turned out that the property we wanted to buy was unregistered, we thought the worst. Then we began to get pressure from below us to break the chain, because of the time delay while this was sorted out. However, Amanda Cowley and her team managed to pull a miracle out of the hat, and we completed our purchase on the same day as our sale. We are very grateful for all their hard work on our behalf, chasing up our vendor's conveyancers for important documents and keeping on top of the situation. Amanda and her team were very patient with all our phone calls, explained what was happening along the way and eventually achieved what we once feared might be impossible.

House sale experience.

I have used Wakesmiths for a varies points over the last 8 years and have, for the most part, been happy.

But this time, due to Nicole's client focused approach, I felt like I had someone fully guiding me through the process and fighting my corner when the time called for it.

This has certainly cemented me using Wakesmiths again in future. Very happy and this was 100% due to dealing with Nicole who has given me the best service there so far.

I contacted Vicky at Wakesmiths for a quote for selling my business. She facilitated calls with 2 separate solicitors who gave great advice. I found the team to be genuinely down to earth and very informative. I would recommend them to others seeking help and advice.

Lindsey, along with her support Vicky, provided exceptional service that was both professional and compassionate. Given my personal circumstances, I sought legal advice from several solicitors, and the service I received from Lindsey was by far the best. The responsiveness was also excellent. I highly recommend their services.
