We had an extremely good experience with Deborah Taite and she enabled us to trust her advice throughout the process. She was personable and very good to talk to by phone, but didn't wast time, using email efficiently and clearly. When necessary she was able to delegate to colleagues who were also helpful. We didn't do much to compare prices because she was so highly recommended to us and we valued her professionalism.

Stress free house purchase
I had a very pleasant and stress free experience with Grant Saw and would be pleased to recommend their services. I was buying a simple property in Devon and Deborah Taite was very communicative (email only typically) and I was always informed of the status of any queries. I was happy to pay the fees for an easy transaction. Thank you Deborah.

Deborah was fantastic throughout the purchase of my first property
As a first time buyer I relied a lot upon Deborah during the purchase of my property. I was also under a bit of a time crunch but, thanks to Deborah’s hard work above and beyond, I was able to complete the purchase on time. I am very grateful for the support I received, thank you!

Dawn was fantastic throughout securing my first home
As a first time buyer I relied on Dawn a lot as I secured my first property. I had a bit of a time crunch but, thanks to Dawns hard work, a very quick turnaround was possible. Grateful client
Deborah Taite enabled our sale and purchase to happen, it is not an exaggeration to say that without her commitment they would not have happened and we are both very grateful!
Despite all the issues of acting for a 91 year old and daughter, with a difficult family, Deborah was able to find a path through. Her communication, directness and determination was a relief and we were supported through the difficult process.
Deborah is a solicitor whom you can actually speak to, and this means that there is a genuine understanding for both the clients situation and the legal process.

Second Time Working with Deborah – Highly Recommended

Equity Release Conveyancing
My experience was good: all communications were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, with one meet-up for signing documents. The solicitor and her legal secretary were great. Although the cost was more than I think other firms would've charged, I had complete peace of mind that everything was being addressed efficiently and without error. I would definitely recommend Grant Saw and will use them again.
