We had an extremely good experience with Deborah Taite and she enabled us to trust her advice throughout the process. She was personable and very good to talk to by phone, but didn't wast time, using email efficiently and clearly. When necessary she was able to delegate to colleagues who were also helpful. We didn't do much to compare prices because she was so highly recommended to us and we valued her professionalism.

I had a very pleasant and stress free experience with Grant Saw and would be pleased to recommend their services. Superb Will Writing Support and Client Care from Grant Saw

We found Grant Saw through the Alzheimer's Society for setting up our elderly parents' last Wills. From the initial email through to finalizing all details, Adelaine Nietzold (solicitor) was invaluable in getting everything done swiftly and clearly. Adelaine responded to our emails and questions promptly, explaining in non-jargon language that we could understand and relay to our parents, and guiding us through each step of the process. We have finally got our parents' Wills after years of attempting to do so, which is a massive relief for them. If not for Adelaine's professional yet personable approach, this would have taken much longer.

Additionally, we wanted to thank Janice Connolly for going above and beyond to show kindness and care for our parents when they visited the Grant Saw office. Janice assisted our mother when she was feeling unwell and went out of her way to make her comfortable. This level of client support is something we sincerely appreciate and will remember. Our parents were deeply touched by the care shown.

How refreshing to come across a compassionate and honest solicitors firm.
I spoke to Bimal purely by chance having found their number on Google on a bankruptcy petition matter. He took the time to explain to my what my options were on the phone. Although I did not appoint grant saw, I shall be using them in the future

I cannot rate Tyrone Grant and his team highly enough, who dealt with a lease extension which hadn't been registered appropriately by a now liquidated company with Land Registry. Tyrone explained the process and was upfront about the likely costs straight up. The communication was great throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending Tyrone to anyone else who also requires a lease extension on their property. You'll be in safe hands!
